BASAA: New England Education Abroad Community
This organization was renewed in 2002 with the mission of providing a forum for all international education professionals in the New England area to meet to discuss issues in the field, professional development, and opportunities for collaboration. The BASAA organization plans the annual New England Reentry Conference. Contact Sue Atkins for further information.

Third Thursday Meetings
Third Thursday Meetings, held at MIT on the third Thursday of each month, provide a forum for professionals in the international student/scholar advising field to discuss immigration issues and ask questions. These meetings are are open to anyone interested in international student/scholar advising. Announcements about the time and room location will be posted to the Region XI email list a few days prior to each meeting.
