Regulatory Ombudsperson/GRAC Committee
(Formerly known as "CIPPR")

Regulatory Ombudspersons and the GRAC Committee will provide case specific
intervention and regulatory problem solving, and, in conjunction with the
KC - ISSS representative, engage in practice advocacy to both members and
government officials at the local/district/ regional levels.
