Call for Nominations for the Rising Professional Award

Nominations for this award come from NAFSA Region XI members, and the NAFSA Region XI Leadership Team designates the recipients. Nominees must:

be working in the field of international education for fewer than 5 years
be a member of NAFSA for fewer than 5 years
demonstrate commitment to international education through involvement in job or volunteer activities
be active in regional and/or national NAFSA activities

This award includes a framed certificate and a monetary gift of $100 to be used for professional development. The official presentation of the award will be made at the regional conference in November.

All nominations must be received by July 1st of each year in either of two formats:

Please note that a letter of support is required; your nomination will not be considered without one. Submissions must be electronic, and must be received by the deadline. Selection of recipients will be made by the NAFSA Region XI Leadership Team.
